Initially parents/ carers should try to resolve issues within the informal level and only then if still dissatisfied, should parents/ carers pursue a complaint through higher level channels. In essence if you are still not satisfied after you have spoken to your child’s Personal Tutor or the Subject Leader, please put your complaint in writing to the Principal.
