Life at Somerhill Magazine

This half-term, our young prep adventurers have been out and about across our beautiful grounds, identifying trees, collecting natural treasures, and even bringing back the classic game of conkers for some traditional autumn fun! Did you know, the game of conkers has been played in the UK since the 1800s, and the world record for the most conkers broken in one minute is 10! We are also proud to be partnering with the Woodland Trust as Hedgerow Heroes, working towards our Green Tree Schools Award. Watch this space for more green adventures from our eco-explorers!
