Firstly, we recommend mountain biking for a lot of reasons, starting with your pupils being able to escape from the confines of the classroom and able to taste the fresh air outdoors. Wouldn’t you love that for your pupils? On top of this, mountain biking also offers children able to explore more places, touch nature and improve their physique while doing it! Mountain biking also allows pupils to relax, stretch and unwind, removing the stress from school and other work. This allows us to come into classrooms more refreshed, calm, and fresh. As an amazing head tutor, we expect that you would love for your pupils to have improved by going outdoors, becoming happier, more chilled, and relaxed. Statistics show that an overwhelming 87% of people would enjoy to be doing some kind of sport and would be happier to do mountain biking instead of other sports as well as the regular curriculum. All of this by just buying some bikes and enjoying the sweet outdoors. Following on from this, fishing is a fantastic addition to our library of sports.The thrill and adrenaline of catching a massive fish, then cooking it is like no other sport, yet it is relaxing too. Research shows that as well as the obvious, it also improves patience,
vitamin D intake and trains your muscles (including your heart) to become stronger. Wouldn’t you want your pupils to unplug and decrease the stress they gain through the day? To be relaxed more in class, to be more focused in class?? As a boy, I am sure you wished to go down to the river and catch something. Please make someone else’s dreams come true. All from buying a few fishing rods and bait. In addition to this, a recent survey has shown that 69% of pupils love a good body workout with the gym. Gym can improve your mental health through a physical state of mind. Also, it can relieve depression: wouldn’t you, as a highly regarded head teacher, like to see your pupils’ mental health reach the max? Moreover, Gym can be focused on a specific part of the body.This can be very helpful if a pupil were to sustain an injury. Plus, if the
weather is dull, and grey then you can hang out in the gym and do the same exercises as you would outdoors.
