UKAT is a confident and very reflective Trust, with a strong sense of moral duty and social responsibility. We strive to serve and hold true to our values. Through working collaboratively with a growing family of primary and secondary schools, proactively supported by the prestigious University of Kent, together, we have a wider impact on the educational outcomes and opportunities for all our young people, their families and the wider community. I have been an educator in Essex, Inner London, and Kent for 25 years. Having been a Headteacher of large comprehensive schools and an Executive Head of three Primary schools, I fully recognise the power of collaboration within and across organisations, as well as the importance of building a positive, cohesive, and reflective culture to empower young people and staff to achieve their absolute best.
