Yearly Life at Somerhill

Somerhill Science Week! Science Week 2025 saw our prep pupils head out of the labs and look to change and adapt some of their outdoor spaces. With the help of our skilled Estates Team, we installed and filled three new raised planting beds with a variety of vegetables and flower seeds. The pond area got some much-needed maintenance and will hopefully be ready to use for some hands-on biology lessons next term. Finally, we put up several bug hotels and bird feeders to encourage even more wildlife to our wonderful outdoor spaces. A great effort from all our young, green fingered scientists!'
