Any issues? What you can do Complaints Procedure If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the academy or your child’s education, please contact their Personal Tutor in the first instance. If you are still not satisfied after you have spoken to your child's Personal Tutor, or the Subject Leader, please put your complaint in writing to an Assistant Principal. If the matter concerns members of staff, please contact the Principal. If the matter concerns members of staff, please contact the Assistant Principals or the Principal. Please feel confident to telephone, we are here to help. Likewise, if there are things which you feel we ought to know (e.g. problems at home) which might affect your child at the academy please let their Personal Tutor know or the Pastoral Team.
