Somerhill Maths Race

The Somerhill Maths Race returned for 2026, with 12 schools battling the clock in a fast‑paced problem‑solving challenge. We are also incredibly proud of our Year 8 mathematicians, who achieved outstanding results in the Intermediate Maths Challenge, a competition usually aimed at Years 9–11. Our senior pupils earned three silver and four bronze awards in this demanding test of high‑level reasoning and problem‑solving. A fantastic celebration of mathematical talent and teamwork across our community!
