Colour Run The Somerhill

Over 500 pupils, alumni, parents and staff brought their enthusiasm and energy to this vibrant, fun-filled event in support of the Tunbridge Wells & District branch of the Samaritans. Following a lively group warm-up, courtesy of Mrs Davis and Miss Payne, the runners finished their race prep by creating a multi-coloured colour cloud, dousing everyone in every shade of the rainbow before the run had even begun. Meanwhile, parents and staff manned their stations and started throwing colour with abandon at the runners…. with many ‘throwers’ ending up the most colourful of everyone there! Ice creams and Pimm’s were the order of the day following the running, with everyone enjoying the afternoon sun in the beautiful Somerhill parkland. Every splash of colour and every step taken was for the fantastic cause of raising money for the Samaritans, helping to support those in need What an amazing day we had at the inaugural Somerhill Colour Run in May!
